Food Friends

Food Friends is a registered charity, working hard to combat loneliness and isolation in communities through food and friendship. We do this through our innovative meal sharing initiative that connects volunteers – who are looking to share extra portions of their home cooked food – with a neighbour – who would benefit from a nutritious meal delivered with some company and conversation. We are always looking for new volunteers to deliver food and friendship, and have an ongoing list of Food Friends waiting to be matched with a friendly volunteer cook.
