Ashford and Tenterden Umbrella existsexists to provide mental health support to anyone. Feeling a bit low? Drop in! On offer: Tuesdays 10.30-2pm is our Chatty Café. We have volunteers who will sit and chat with you over a free cuppa. Wednesdays 10.30-2pm, we offer Out & About Day trips to different locations. Booking is essential, please see our website for more details. On Thursdays, we have Art class from 11am-1pm, suggested donation of £1 to attend. We have refreshments in our cafe.
